By accessing or using Solaris ("the Platform"), operated by Netflyp Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Solaris is a product of Prism Intel, the intelligence business of Genesis.

The Platform is an information service. It is not a registered investment advisory service, broker-dealer, or financial advisor.
All content on Solaris is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes, or should be relied upon as, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of recommendation. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. Solaris, Netflyp Sdn Bhd, and Prism Intel accept no liability for financial decisions made based on Platform content.
Access to intelligence content requires a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content on the Platform — including reports, screeners, synthesis outputs, simulations, briefs, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of Netflyp Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission. Enterprise clients receive distribution rights for their commissioned reports as specified in their service agreements.
Solaris aggregates data from third-party sources including FRED, exchange APIs, and web-based intelligence sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Economic indicators may be delayed or based on the latest available release from the source. Market screener data may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. You should independently verify any data point before relying on it for a decision.
Solaris uses large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent simulation engines to generate synthesis reports, market assessments, and simulation outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You should not rely on AI-generated assessments as your sole source of decision-making. Cross-reference with primary sources before acting on any intelligence provided.
Enterprise subscription, bespoke simulation, and strategic partnership services are governed by separate service agreements executed between Netflyp Sdn Bhd and the client organization. These Terms do not override enterprise service contracts. Enterprise clients are bound by confidentiality terms as specified in their service agreement.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. All intelligence content is provided without warranty as to its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netflyp Sdn Bhd, Prism Intel, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content provided therein. This includes, without limitation, losses from investment decisions, trading losses, or business decisions made in reliance on Platform content.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
